Dear Members,
On this Swiss National Day it is my great pleasure to announce the opening of the Business Fast Track (BFT) Program for STCC members to apply for Schengen Business Visas to conduct business in Switzerland. As a BFT participant, your company and directly employed persons of your company will benefit from a faster and leaner visa application process:
- Reduced documents needed for visa application (see information sheet)
- Facilitated Submission at VFS Global via BFT appointment system
- Longer visa validity (minimum 1 year)
- Corporate application letter for BFT with corporate letterhead, dated and signed by a member of the management
- Surname/Name of minimum 2 authorized persons, designated to sign the visa application’s supporting letter (depending on the size of your company, up to 4 persons) plus direct phone number and e-mail address.
- Position in the company (of the authorized persons)
- Passport copies (bio-data page) of the authorized persons (jpg. or png. file)
- Specimen of Signatures of authorized persons (jpg. or png. file)
You will subsequently receive a confirmation letter of your official BFT program registration as well as a STCC corporate membership e-certificate, that needs to be submitted together with the application documents.
