THE TECHNOLOGY:

SWISCA's Milling Technology product portfolio centers around several types of industrial scales of different sizes and various technology concepts, such as:

mass flow controllers and differential dosing scales that precisely dose a pre-selected quantity of product and register the total weight,

micro-differential dosing scales that are highly accurate measuring instruments for gravimetric weighing of free flowing to difficult powders, or

automatic quantity controllers used for an optimal composition of grain mixtures and for the regulation of a predetermined flow capacity.

Besides, several of its products, e.g. the micro-dosing scales that can add small doses of vitamins or baking improvers to flour, may also be of interest for the food supplement industry.

in all, these SWISCA products are unique and stand out for the advantages by quality and innovation, promising:

maximum reliability, due to the unique design and use of high quality materials

highest precision, due to the own developed control system in combination with the high-quality load cells and sensors

hygienic design, due to the use of food grade stainless steel and a design with focus on food safety

minimum maintenance, due to the use of high quality materials and the use of servo- motors

energy efficiency, not using compressed air to operate renders the SWISCA scales extremely energy efficient

Every ear of grain counts. Raw materials are not only the most significant cost factor in grain processing. They are also becoming an increasingly scarce commodity. SWISCA is committed to optimize the process technology to maximize production yields and product quality of mother nature 's most precious food precuts. Saving energy at the same time makes the process even more rewarding.
