• 5:30 PM– Opening remarks by H.E. Mr. David Daly, Ambassador of the European Union to Thailand
• 5:45 PM – Keynote address by H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, Ambassador of France to Thailand, on the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union
• 6:00 PM – Networking cocktail
